Admission Process
- Patients will be admitted as per the scope of services available at Rao Nursing Home.
- Admissions will be done after authorization by Consultant, Casualty Medical Officer, Visiting or Panel Consultant.
- The front office staff at the reception will assist you during the admission process.
- They will generate a Medical Record Number (MRN) for the patient and all the medical records will be maintained and stored by the hospital for all future reference.
- An estimate will be provided based upon the plan of treatment and category of room selected.
- In addition, you will be required to make an advance payment.
- The advance shall be adjusted against the final bill at the time of discharge.
- For cashless facility, you will be required to visit the insurance / TPA desk for further process.
- The staff will escort the patient to the allotted room/bed and provide an overview of the facilities.
